Garden Site Fee: The garden/chapel site fee is $900.00 for 2 hours. This 2 hour time period is allotted for decorative set-up, photography, ceremony and clean-up in the garden and chapel. Additional garden time is $200.00 per ½ hour. Overtime charges of $200.00 per ½ hour will apply if additional time is utilized other than the contracted time. If dinner is to follow, the garden time will be from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
Dinner Receptions: The restaurant is open to the public every night for dinner; therefore we only accommodate groups of 50 or less. Menu selection and counts for each entrée must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your event. Just prior to your dinner, we will hand out entrée cards to the host to be distributed to your guests, or you can bring in your own personalized name cards with their entrée selections.
Dinner Receptions Times: Monday through Friday there are two reservation times for 15-50 people. You may choose a 5:30pm-7:30pm seating* or 8:00pm seating. Saturday and Sunday you may choose a 5:00pm-7:00pm seating* or 7:30pm seating. For the earlier seating times, the group must be concluded with their dinner event as stated to the day of the week, or we reserved the right to charge $250.00 per ½ hour or fraction thereof. *Option for earlier seating available for larger parties. If you would like to have exclusive use of the Boardroom, there will be a $250.00 room rental fee for the duration of the designated reception time.
Dinner Set-up: Haleiwa Joe’s reserves the right to set up your party in the best possible area and table configuration that is the most appropriate for you and our patrons. Requested areas will be noted, but may not be suitable or guaranteed. There are no private areas or rooms in the restaurant.
Beverages: Hosting of non-alcoholic drinks is required.
Cake Cutting Fee: The cake cutting fee is $1.00 per person.
Taxes: A service charge of 18% and applicable sales tax of 4.5% will be added to all food, beverage, corkage fees, cake cutting fees.
Clean-up: Haiku Gardens is not responsible for the removal and discarding of any decorations brought in from guests or outside vendors. $100.00 clean-up fee will be due at the completion of the ceremony and/or reception if excessive trash is left behind.
Bridal Waiting Suite: The bridal waiting suite is for bridal preparations prior to the ceremony. It cannot be used for storage due to security purposes. Please have all items removed from the bridal suite and wedding coordinator’s office promptly after the ceremony. This includes any gifts, clothing, flowers, etc. If items are not removed, a $100.00 per hour charge will be incurred starting 1 hour after the ceremony start time.
Arrival Time for Ceremonies: The earliest time the bridal party and guests can arrive to the gardens and/or restaurant is 9:30am for a morning ceremony and 3:00pm for an afternoon ceremony.
Deposits:
*First deposit of $250.00 for the dinner reservation is due to confirm your event, and secure your date.
*First deposit of $500.00 for the garden site is due to confirm your event.
*Second deposit of one-half of the wedding package and/or ala carte item is needed upon agreement. Haiku Gardens will not make any arrangements until payment is made.
*Final payment for a dinner reception only is due one month prior to your event.
*All options and decisions cannot be changed within 2 weeks of your event. This includes items such as menus,
bar hosting, vendors, etc. You can increase your counts, with prior notice, but cannot decrease them after the 30 days.
