| A: | Up to a maximum of 175 guests. |
| Q: | Can a tent be added for garden weddings? |
| A: | Yes. The price will be dependent on the number of guests attending. |
| Q: | Is there an alternate location that can accommodate the guests in the event of bad weather? |
| A: | Yes, up to 150 guests can be accommodated in the chapel. |
| Q: | What is the last day for the final count? |
| A: | 30 days prior to the event. |
| Q: | Can things be moved around to decorate, as we need it, or do we have to leave the things as they are? |
| A: | The restaurant, gardens and chapel can be decorated to suit your desires, with some limitations. Our wedding and special event coordinators can help you in determining what is possible. Please note that no stapling, nailing, glitter or confetti is allowed in the restaurant, chapel, or gardens. |

| A: | Sorry, but we reserve the right to provide all liquor served on the premises. |
| Q: | If we provide our own wine or champagne is there a corkage fee? |
| A: | Yes, $10 per bottle. |
| Q: | Is there a dance floor? |
| A: | Yes, Haleiwa Joes lounge offers a great setting for dancing. |
| Q: | Do you provide tables and chairs, linens, china, and silver, and is there an additional charge for these items? |
| A: | Yes, we provide tables and chairs in the restaurant and there is a charge for linens. Please see our A La Carte list for the wide range of choices we offer for enhancing your wedding. |

| A: | We limit outside foodservice to cakes only. All other food must be supplied by Haleiwa Joe's. |

| A: | Microphones and a podium are available from our A La Carte list. |
| Q: | Marriage License: Can we apply by mail? |
| A: | No, you must apply in person. You must bring your birth certificate. Please keep in mind the timing is crucial - marriage licenses are only valid for 30 days. |

| A: | A wedding/special event coordinator is your guide, confidant, and expert counselor as you plan your special day. Your coordinator serves as your creative planner and partner, overseeing logistical matters, and providing a wealth of ideas, insights, and options. With an in-depth knowledge of the facility and its features, ceremony ideas, floral design, photography/videography, menu, entertainment, travel and lodging, your coordinator will act as your personal advocate, collaborating with you to create an organized, stress-free environment that will allow you to enjoy every moment of your celebration. |

| A: | Yes. We have free and easy parking for up to 300 guests. |
| Q: | What about bugs and mosquitos? |
| A: | Bugs and mosquitos are a fact of life in Hawaii. However, we keep pests to a minimum with an environmentally friendly pest management program. |
